Your music stays on your computer
Loudness Match and DJ Quality Checker process your audio files locally. Your music, your edits and your library are never uploaded to us or to anyone else. DJ Quality Checker does not connect to the internet at all.
What Loudness Match sends over the internet
- First-run setup: the app downloads its vocal-removal engine and model from public download servers. These servers see a normal download request (like any website visit).
- License activation and checks: your license key and an anonymous identifier of your computer are sent to our license provider (Lemon Squeezy) to activate the key and to check it about every few days. No personal files or music information are sent.
Purchases
Payments are handled by Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record. They process your name, e-mail address, payment and billing details under their own privacy policy. We receive your e-mail address and order details so we can provide your license and support.
If you write to us or ask to be told when a download is ready, we use your e-mail address only to answer you. We don't sell or share it.
